Peanut spread Chocolate Chip Treats
Materials:
- 1 mug natural entire wheat cake flour
- 1/2 mug coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flax
- 1/2 teaspoon ocean salt
- 1 mug natural smooth peanut spread
- 1/2 mug additional virgin coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1/2 mug honey
- 1 egg
- 3/4 mug dim chocolate chips
Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large vessel, whisk together flours, flax and salt. Put aside.
3. In a food processor, join peanut butter, coconut oil, egg and honey. Mix until smooth. Add peanut spread mixture to flour mixture and mix until consolidated. Blend in chocolate chips.
4. Create cookie dough into 30 balls and organize on two huge heating sheets. Tenderly level each with the end of a fork.
5. Prepare for 5 to 6 minutes then turn baking sheets. Keep heating for 5 to 7 minutes or until cookies are set.
Natural Carrot Cake with Cream Cheddar Icing
For the Cake:
- 4 mugs natural entire wheat cake flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon crisply ground nutmeg
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ocean salt
- 8 natural eggs
- 2/3 mug natural maple syrup
- 2/3 mug natural oil
- 1 tablespoon unadulterated vanilla concentrate
- 4 mugs finely shredded natural carrots
- 2 mugs cleaved natural walnuts
- 2 glasses dried currants
Icing:
- 4 (8-ounce) bundles natural cream cheddar, relaxed at room temperature
- 1 stay (1/2 glass) natural spread, mellowed at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons immaculate vanilla concentrate
- Finely ground pizzazz of a natural lemon
- 2 to 3 tablespoons crisp natural lemon juice
- Natural confectioners’ sugar to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil and flour two 9×13-inch preparing dishes. Put aside.
2. In a huge vessel, whisk together flour, spices and salt. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs, syrup, oil and vanilla. Blend flour mixture into egg mixture until simply joined.
