While it certainly has not caught on as much as it could have by now, green business initiatives are gradually making headway in becoming a stable in the business world. In the eyes of the general population, businesses and corporations are simply “money-grubbing” and greedy; but far too often, this stereotype if being proven wrong.
That is because the business world is becoming more socially aware, realizing that social and environmental issues are becoming increasingly more important. Generally, if a business exists, it is going to use paper. Regardless of how you look at it, the Earth is only going to be as friendly to us as we are to it. With that being said, more and more people and businesses are taking proactive measures to ensure the longevity of the world we live in.
