		<description>This was a long-awaited step by China, (one of the major economies in the world). As China being the second largest economy in the world and a major contributor to environmental issues like carbon emission, greenhouse gases, etc. they had to take carbon-intensity more seriously and implement various measures so as to promote  and encourage Low Carbon living.  
I hope this initiative by China is not overlooked by other major economies in the world and sets an example for them to follow.

I think it is high time we started taking nature and our planet earth seriously and do our bit about environment, sustainability, climate change, biodiversity, clean energy, green living and so on.
