San Francisco is the leader in the U.S., when it comes to green jobs. The city authority has invested nearly $100 million to open sustainable jobs and business opportunities. At this moment in San Francisco there are 42 000 green-collar jobs. 
Surprisingly Denver is the next green town that opens lots of jobs in this matter. ‘

Therefore, the city opened nearly 17 000 green jobs and the percentage is increasing every year.
New York is no surprise in this list, since the city recently launched PlaNYC– a new green plan for city`s future. The Big Apple is going to increase the percents of the green initiatives in the town.
So far New York is the city that made the biggest green investment- nearly $1 billion are already invested into energy efficiency and cutting greenhouse gasses. The figure is going to open more than 20 000 new green jobs as the goal is cutting the emissions by 30 percent
