Movie World Is Going Green

The movie industry is going greener with every single day. Now there is even a new movie festival that recognizes the new green productions and soon will start to award the best of them.

The new movie festival is named Going Green Film Festival and its goal is searching for eco movies and television series. The biggest award of that festival will be Ecotainment Award, which will be given for special efforts in popularizing eco-friendly initiatives and tries to keep and protect the environment.

This year was the first official year of the festival and the 2010 winners are already announced. They are the TV shows 24, Extreme Makeover Home Edition and The Good Wife.

The festival will be hosted in Beverly Hills in April 2-4. The guests of the Going Green Film Festival will be able to see also the newest scientific green movies for improvement and new systems for greener future.
