I know that the U.S. was full of it. U.S. first and # 1 aid to Haiti was to located those who are U.S. citizen instead of injured Haitians ones on ground with no where to go.

With all the troops embarked in Haiti, etc..most of the money they said they give to Haiti probably spending on their troops as usual.
